PRIVATE EVENT SERVICES
*Prices are per hour, per staff member. All services billed at a minimum of 4 hours.
Bartenders
Includes Premium Bar Tools - Ice bins, ice scoops, bar towels, garnish trays, shakers, muddlers, wine keys, bottle openers, tip jars, and more!
Servers/Bussers
Food service related duties.
Event Staff
For general duties not related to food or beverage service.
Beverage Consultation
Complimentary with all bartending services - Unlimited expert planning consultation and a customized shopping list.
EVENT MANAGEMENT

Staff/Bar Manager
Recommended when hiring more than 5 bartenders/servers/event/festival staff.
Kitchen Manager
Recommended when a licensed caterer will not be on-site during food service.
EXTRAS
Add-on services only applicable with Event Staff, Bartending, or Management contracts
Champagne Tower
Execution of tower containing 120 glasses or less (Client supplies champagne and glassware)
Champagne or Wine Pour
Serve wine and champagne tableside, or passed on trays
Prepaid Gratuity
In lieu of a tip jar
The Works
Includes disposable cups, straws, napkins, standard garnishes, garnish picks, ice, and piece of mind.
Bar-Back
Suggested, when serving more than 4 types of spirits and/or cocktails with 3 or more ingredients.

A coordination fee of $2/expected guest will be applied to each booking (minimum of $100). Events over 30 miles from Madison WI will incur a mileage surcharge.
